We have all been there! The choices you were could have been aloooot worse (a dozen donuts and a pizza for instance) Peanuts, honey, and cookies are not terrible. Today is a new day!

Yep, I'm human. Maintenance is challenging but nothing compared to losing those last ten pounds. After that tracking is a pleasure...
