I'm new. I downloaded the App a week ago. I've never tracked my food before and I'm kinda shocked about how much I eat! I'm trying a fasting diet where I eat 1500 calories before 6 pm then only water for 12 hours. I joined a gym..it's way hard to go..I feel retarded there by myself. I don't know why. All my 16 pants are too tight and I don't want to get bigger. I like reading your posts to know I'm not alone. I asked for a scale for Christmas. I just wanted to say Hi and good luck everyone!

Hi, thanks for the add - good luck on your journey! I hear you on the gym thing. I've had regular gym memberships for years and I basically pay to NOT go. I finally found a gym in my area that offers small group personal training and it's a women's only gym. The trainers are men but they are AMAZING. You have to find what works for you - and who knows, maybe after a couple of consecutive days at the gym you'll feel completely comfortable! Best of luck to you.
