OMG.......... using a measuring cup to exercise "Portion Control" and I only ate 700 calories today. dunno if that's good or bad. wasn't hungry until 10 pm..........going to bed to avoid and deny hunger.

700 is not a bad thing if it's just one day. If it's long term, then you need to eat more. :) Well done using the measuring cup for portion control. Sometime it's good for us to get a real feel of how much a portion, and for that matter a cop, is. This is help you a LOT when you're out in the "real world" and have to estimate portion sizes at for example restaurant.
