Good day yesterday, got good info at the Lipid Clinic. My numbers show metabolic syndrome (higher likelyhood of diabetes) I have known this for a long time and have flirted with the devil long enough. I refuse to become diabetic! Just stopping most of my wine indulgences my triglycerides have come down from 202 to 119. Much improved.
Did the Yoga with Bob. Great workout, sweating like a pig. Could only do half because of my knee but will keep at it. Stretching is good, I can stretch out pretty good for a fat girl.
Nine days NO DIET COKE!
