I am entering food from mobile web and not liking my 2.5 in screen. Other than that I am feeling better. I have had more energy this week than I have in a long time. I dont know what I did different but I will try to keep doing it. My points were high yesterday bvt dont know where they were compared to what I had been eating because I havent been consistant with anything lately. My goal is to track my eating for a week before making any big changes to give me a starting point. I wish everyone a happy fat secret tuesday!
