Breakfast is fruit. Lunch is veggies. Dinner is anything. I haven't been working out because of my broken ankle...its healing but still hurts at times.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
