broke my fast last night with 2 chickenthigh, 2 pork sausage and 2 strips of bacon, microwaved with 1 tbsp of bacon. plus egg og made fom 2raw eggs and some spices and stevia. ohdear keto is amazing, after 2 days of water fast iwas not hungry at all, in the end i was not able to finish one of the chicken thighs and pork sausage :) will be doing 3 day fasts weekly this month let's see how it goes. I'll be seeing my family in 35days so i need to lose that extra 13pou ds :)
