tadi pagi lari ya kira ada 1 jam setengah laalu latihan zumba 20 menit and berangkat kerja.. capcus.. nimbang hari ini 60 kg semangat.....
60 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
