Today is the forth day of watching my calorie intake and trying to eat healthier. It has been a struggle for me. Each day I feel like I want to eat the whole house, and I really struggle with this, but I know my health for the duration of my life is more important. I have been staying close to the word of God for guidance, but even in my weakness...I feel defeated...I am still human.
