I'm very disappointed in myself and how I ate/drank this weekend. Looking back I totally regret what I did and I am sure that it will affect the scale tomorrow when I weigh in. I was so excited about losing the weight I thought I'd give myself a break and let loose. I have to be stricter with myself. I guess I will just have to wait and see what the scale says tomorrow...

you need at least 1 day to let lose. this i know for a fact. you have the whole rest of the week to be good and stay on track. just don't go over board.

The weekends are bad for me too. I think letting loose would be good for one evening but not for Fri. night through Sunday night, hehe. I gaind 1.2 pounds because of the weekend. I'm with you.

The weekends are always bad for me also. I do great during the week days but then come Friday night till Sunday it struggle. I really need to fine healthy options when out to eat. My problem is I like all the bad stuff for you.
