Hmm like I've been on vacation. Still exercising but no longer tracking food. Always been my weak spot. K so what worked for me before was to set a really low bar in an important area. So I'll track 2 out of 7 days this week. On the exercise front I finally am swimming again, but could only do 17 minutes before my achillies started to burn, so if I use floaters next time I could go longer. Anyway I just glad I am doing it again.
58.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
