I was talking to my mother yesterday and got some really good insight to my weight issues. She mentioned that she was going to a birthday party at my sisters on Sat, then Sun she had a pot luck at church, Mon she was going out with friends for dinner. I realize this is my life, its how I was raised. Our lives revolved around food, all the good times with friends and family were when we were eating. I need to change the concept in my head that enjoyment=eating. And I need to change this not only for myself but for my children's sake. Thanks Mom for that wonderful insight!
