Diet wise, today started so well and ended up a disaster. Madge brought me a chocolate biscuit with my early morning tea in bed (my turn tomorrow) and I left it lying. I had a reasonable breakfast and lunch. Dinner was planned too, and I was RDI or there abouts. However, afternoon coffee came with the offer of a jam doughnut, and when Madge asked if I wanted a dessert I had an ice cream wafer I hadn't planned for. Ah well. There is always tomorrow.

Hate the texture of jam Jam Doughnuts. Staff room birthday treats was always one of these round sugary treats.. I said I was resisting them, but in actual fact .. Ugh.

Gosh! It's a wonder you were able to turn anything down! My hubby loves jam donuts, too. I like them, but I can stay away from them. Now, saying that ... I love ice cream! If someone waved that in my face, I would be eating it like nobody's business! LOL! Wish you better success tomorrow.

I cannot tell of of ice cream. It is my downside :D... where is ice cream, there is me. When children having ice cream after dinner I have to and do something productive, otherwise I end up having one as well :D
