i am craving sweet stuff. well , i went to gym today. burned 700 calories, plus worked with weights. I had a late lunch which i think kinda turned into my dinner. what is left now is drinking another 1.5 liter of water. I have to work tomorrow. work is always stressfull. stress does not help . at least i have water bodies at work, we remind each other to drink plenty of water😃 yeah ! team effort 😄
