Yeah, an hour and a half at the gym, back in the old routine, knee feeling ok. Increased cardio by 5 minutes, up to 35 now. Need to eat more though. Need to be closer to the Biggest Looser suggestion of 7 calories per pound of weight currently. Sticking to the diet routine, turned down wine yesterday!
