Here I am again. Last time I peeked at the scale I was up to 126. I don't want to record that because it was after a large meal the night before. I have been averaging around 123ish. Still not good and no where near my goal weight. Jeans that use to fit me perfect are now tight. I am not happy with this extra weight. I need to just buckle down and count these calories because I obviously eat too much when I am not counting calories. I will weight Friday for official weight and start tracking. I plan to reduce my goal to 120. If I could just stay there and let my body get use to that amount maybe it would be easier to get to goal weight of 115.
