wow, still going down :) even though I cheated a little during Halloween, the scale still moved. what I am focusing on is my water intake, my portions (and the time I eat), and keeping my excersing regular. Water and eating at set times are the hardest for me. Trying to get to 1 gallon a day is difficult. I'm at a 1/2 gallon and still working at it. Although my skin is looking great! And I feel the best I have felt in a lonnnnnng time. I have put in a timer on my phone to remind me when to eat. I have noticed that eating every 2-3 hours really does help. I just have to get up and go eat when it goes off, otherwise the next thing it's beeping at me for the next meal! Dang :(
