Today was horrible I ate so many calories and didn't exercise at all really.....I didn't even want to record everything but I knew I needed to, to be honest with myself n let me see wat. Did wrong so I don't make the mistake again....this weeks weigh in is gonna b HORRIBLE I know it is....

Great that you logged it though. My bad habit is that I would "forget" to log it, then feel guilty, then I drop out for 6 mos. and find myself a LOT heavier. Plus its a pain finding out the calorie count on all the food. Sigh.
