after 4 days of vegetarian diet, exercise and drinking plenty of water i still am at the same weight. i feel unhealthy .. my fat deposits are stubborn , well so am I..i downloaded calorie counter today trying to analyze what is the problem and i realized how little things add up.. this app will increase my conciousness about eating the right amount. i am not a quitter ... this will work , because there are no other options in my book ..👍
