Doing well so far with the induction stage. Finding new recipes is really helping me along and giving me hope that I can follow this plan for the long term - not just 14 days etc. I feel energized and encouraged that I WILL fit back into my clothes once again.
My son's graduation is in June and I can't wait to show up in a nice summer dress for once!
