The kids stress me out and then I eat cookies and then I am stressed out about the cookies. Need to find a way to get out of this cycle!

Hey you made good progress...at least you realize that stress causes you to eat cookies. I have not figured out my triggers yet. Good job!

Oh! I meant that everything was a trigger for ME :-). This site is very helpful but dieting is sooo hard! I keep thinking I am doing ok and then at the end of the day realize that I have blown it. I guess there is always tomorrow :-)

Don't worry you aren't alone! I don't know what my triggers are but it might be hard for me to figure....because you hit the nail on the head...everything is a trigger.
