Well, I am back.
Given all that has gone on this summer I am actually quite pleased that the weight is not worse. Of course it's up from the 66.6 kg low, by a significant amount, to 68 kilos, today, but hey, it could be a whole lot worse.
One day I will be able to offload, at the moment there is so much negative stuff going on in home life and work that sometimes I'm barely able to keep going on even a basic level.
Looking through old messages I realise how much I have missed all my buddies, and how much amazing help and support and strength I have been afforded by them Thanks everyone, I hope I can repay you sometime, though I hope nobody ever goes through what I have been through the last 7 months.
On the plus side, I had the annual cardiac review bloods last week. Ha! Yes, my cholesterol is 'raised' at 6.8, but the ratio is 3.5 so they can't try and offer me statins. The other figures are perfect or better, triglycerides 0.8 for instance, so despite it all I am blisteringly healthy. That's a real good slap on the back for a low carb diet I reckon. Way to go.
