Well, I slacked a bit this weekend. I am so disappoited in myself because I know I am a strong person. I had the Cancer Relay Friday and had a hamburger and tested small spoonfull each of the cuisine and dessert entered in the contests. Well, there were about 12 entries in both catagories. My stomach went through a loopty loop. It wanted to throw up the whole night. So I walked alot that night for the Relay. Saturday I had 2 slices of wheat crust cheese pizza for lunch and the same for dinner. Serving size was supposed to be 1 slice but that didn't turn out that way. Today, we went to a breakfast buffet and well that's all I have to say about that one. I did catch myself today and went grocery shopping for my veggies and fruits. But I need some sort of sweetness so I got the sugar free and fat free puddings. I know they aren't the best thing right now but if I could just dab a little once a day I think that will curb that sweet tooth. What do you think?
