My unofficial weight this morning is 103.3kg.
Same weight as yesterday so I don't think I'll drop below 102kg by tomorrow morning. My plan is to make my Thursday as a low carb day and hopefully that combined with my Friday Fast Day will get me into the 101's by Saturday morning.
The difference this week is that I've run out of green tea so These last few days I've been having a cup of coffee instead of green tea to start my day.
