Last night after I wrote that I would get a pedicure when I reached my 10 pound loss, I didn't realize I had reached it yesterday!! I'm very excited! Thank you to my buddies and everyone on here. I'm so encouraged when I read the journal entries, especially where people have overdone it on something, but they just move on. Thank you all:)
