Oh, what a beautiful morning...oh, what a beautiful day! It is definitely brisk this morning, but the sun is shining, birds are tweeting, and I am feeling fine! Gotta love that!

What a busy weekend so far!!! And today will be no exception. But today's list of things to do are more centered around home and family...so I will likely have a breather!

Bkfst, Church, Lunch, Grocery Shopping, Christmas Cards, Afternoon Movie, Walk at the Gym, Dinner, and perhaps a road trip out to show Mom some of the Christmas lights on display! We'll see how far this day takes us :)

Had a fantastic compliment from my husband yesterday... He wanted to know why I didn't tell him about all the benefits of eating low carb sooner???

1. Losing Weight
2. Increased Energy
3. Feeling 'Strong'
4. Brain Fog - GONE! Mental Clarity!
5. Fantastically Sexy Wife! :)

Ok, must admit... I like his list! Especially number 5 !!

I told him that except for number 5, I did tell him about 1-4 ... he just wasn't listening apparently. You really have to be ready to make lifestyle changes for yourself... you can't get there from someone else's experiences. You can get some motivation from them. Or even so inspiration from them... but someone else just can't make YOU want this for YOU! That has to come in the 6" between our ears!

LOL Paula, I loved this journal...yeah the 6" between the ears is a very important part of the body...thats for sure..I love to go looking at the Christmas lights...and just like summer I like to look at all the flowers that all the people have taken the time to plant..I appreciate all their hard work...Have a great Sunday dear...☺

HI there new buddy...Thank you for adding me as a friend. I stumbled onto your page and was highly motivated by what you've done/are doing on your weight-loss journey. I just began a low-carb, Atkins-type diet, with good results on completion of my first week. I'm wondering, have you followed Atkins from the beginning? Whatever you're doing is obviously working beautifully. Thanks for inspiring the rest of us!
