I have came a long way by "the grace of GOD"
I still have a long way to go at this time im trying
To set a permanent life style to adjust to,Which is easier said then done.i get to see how food really
Play such an important part in my life.so many habit forming eating pattern to really be mindful
Of what you eat when you eat how you eat really
Change a lot,more self seeking than a diet
