Day 12 HCG - technically, with pounds lost including one load day which makes this Day 11 with 10 completed days, I've lost 9.6 lbs!

116.3 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
