I have some blood labs scheduled for tomorrow, and I'm pretty curious to see what my cholesterol, triglycerides, and such will look like.
Conventional wisdom is that, since I'm eating a lot of fat, including saturated fat, the numbers will be not-so-good. But, the more research I read about ketogenic diets, the more it seems that my risk of heart disease and related problems should be lower.
I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
