doing a bit better .... was in the line up at Mary Browns to get some fried chicken decided to come home and eat something reasonable at home. need to research how to control hunger in this time of year, I reminded myself that with the onset of less light and cooler temperatures that it is instinctual to crave carbs and want to eat more .... also yesterday my hunger was appropriate especially at supper time ... it was time to eat , I was hungry , Mary Browns was right there , I talked myself into a better choice ... it was helpful that I know there were many healthy choice at home for heat and eat because I cooked on my days off toprep for work days.
