Busy day keeping at the goals. No deviation today. Standing tall. Can already tell that even the minimal amount of working out has helped my endurance. Will increase my time at the gym tomorrow.

Love you keep up the good work in New York, remember portion size and if you fall off the wagon hop right back on again, enjoy yourself and don't worry, do not beat yourself up the weight loss will happen
