Today I posted my breakfast to see how many carbs I ate, my meal was not large at all and I have already had 20.3 carbs. Acording to Atkins I should not eat more than 30 - 35 total carbs a day. WOW

The new Atkins suggests to go with not more than 20 net carbs per day, 12-15 should be from foundation veggies. So, you are good to go.

You'll get this carb count thing down and then things will seem easier. I did read your food diary and noticed that you had a peach planned in your meals. Fruit isn't allowed in the induction phase...almost 9 net carbs really takes a hunk out of your 20 net carbs a day. We all miss the fruit during induction but have learned that we can't afford to spend our carbs on fruit. I miss fruit muchly but know that I need to adhere to the program if I am going to see any results. Good luck....you'll get it all together soon.
