My unofficial weight this morning is . . . 106kg!!!
This is good because my unofficial weight yesterday morning after my weekend of eating was 108.3kg :)
Today is my low carb day.
I still cannot go to the gym because I sold my car a week ago but that won't stop me from losing weight/fat :)
