Now I feel I am back on track I have upped my RDI to 1900, though I am going to aim for that as a Max. 1900 is the figure FS calculates for me if I choose Sedentary. I reckon I am a bit more active than that, so 1900 should be fine. I will see how things go over the next week. I'd like to tip the scales at 13 something by next Friday's weigh in! As an aside, the 16:8 regime is going well, though Mrs T did bring me a Hobnob with my tea at 6:30. I don't know if she was trying to boost my energy or what!!
