Even though my body has barely changed...just losing a small amount of weight has made me feel that much more confident...
My only thing that slows me down? My love of white wine!
(oh...and my hatred of exercise....) :(

You are doing super! Just think you have lost a gallon of milk (8 1/2 lbs) you have been carrying around. I know how you feel about giving up something that is relaxing such as a glass of white wine. But, it is definately worth it! I still loathe exercise, but also know that when I do exercise I am increasing my weight loss, as glucose is released from the muscles when we exercise! Happy Losses to you! :)
