I had the out-patient surgery yesterday and they removed a ball of fat from my arm. It was nasty looking and all I could think of just cut the rest out of my stomach if that is what it looks like!
My arm feels like I have been stabbed and I can't move it very well today. I am mostly concerened that I will break the stiches so I am trying not to move it to much.
For Black Friday I went out and got a home gym weight set. It was normally $550.00 ( which I could not aford for weights ) and I paid $150.00. Got to love Black Friday, lol.
Now I have to wait a week to use it. I am ready to lose 10 pounds of fat and gain some muscle in return! I did try it the other day and I am still sore.

OH my! That sounds so painful! Oh you will be looking fine after getting a weight routine going and journaling about it. Best of luck to your poor arm's recovery and to your new workout regime! You will look MAH-VE-LUS, DAHLING!

Wow, Sarah. Sorry to hear about the pain. I hope you're back to normal soon. I didn't know you got a home gym weight set. Way cool and super cool on the price. What did you buy and what does it include?

It is a cap strength weight set. 150lbs you can work your legs, do chest, bicep, tricep, shoulders, and all that good stuff. Has a bench
