Today's meals are all worked out and even entered into FS, though it is not even time for breakfast. In fact I have pretty well worked out my menu, through until Sunday, and will set off to the supermarket as soon as it opens at eight. Feel better in myself, now I have taken back control.

Tomorrow's menu is all planned and even added to FS already. Today went well, diet wise, with 1498 calories. Carbs 6%, Fat 63% and Protein 31%. With 22.04 grams, Net Carbs, that's almost LCHF.
