Haven't weighed in recently. Ashamed I gained over 3 lbs. But I'm back and lost hose 3 lbs. Chritmas is getting close and I still have that goal - 7 more lbs
71.2 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
