Was afraid to weigh and put it off for a while. I just knew I would be back up over 250. I have been visiting friends a lot and went way off my diet. But I have been trying to reasonably avoid the right foods all week, so I weighed. What a relief to be back on the right trajectory. I need that encouragement before I go to my hometown's fall festival this weekend :/
