I've bee doing pretty well maintaining my current weight. My goal is to be 130 by the end of this month. Now that I've settled into my new job I can work gym time into my schedule rather than nothing at all. I feel healthier than I have in a long time. I plan on starting the 'fat smash' diet on the 1st after I get my kitchen cleanse proof. Wish me luck!
