1st my weight was not going down for a long time. Now I am gaining. I don't want green salads & veggies any more. I've had enough ohhh cant handle it. Now I am left with fish, chicken, pork, beef, eggs, bread, tea & coffee. Rice, I like peppers and onions and mushrooms as well. But when I look at all this the missing park is GYM. That is why im gainin.

Nope, Gym can only help to lose if you remain under your RDI. Try doing some low carb days, fast days, etc. Those will help get you on the right path.

Low carbs you mean days when I eat more proteins and good fats only? @BigBoyOptimus

Thenjiwe you must use your food diary and always enter every food you eat. Use iit to preplan your meals and that can help you keep your carbs to under 30g. Yes, a low carb day means eating protein and fat and very little to no carbs but you must not exceed your RDI.
