254 is the highest weight I have ever been I believe but I go up and down....the only way is down. Probably my most depressing year ever too and so I must find ways to get me out of my moods

I can completely relate and trust me, this site has helped me. I've been on for about 2 weeks and find it very interesting to journal what I am feeling and see how it relates to what I am eating. My focus has been to reduce calories and increase activity. I am also trying to eliminate the prepackaged foods as much as possible. Making a meal allows me to know exactly what I am eating and make more sound choices. If you ever need a pick-me-up or someone who understands...just hollar!
