I'm trying really hard to NOT weigh myself every morning, but it's so tempting! I'm staying well below my RDI for steady weightloss but today I ate a little more then I usually do (still 300kcal below RDI) and for some reason it feels like I've eaten SO MUCH today. I made the mistake of stepping on the scale this morning and it was up 3lbs from yesterday :( I don't understand how it can go up when I'm being so careful about how much I eat.

I weight myself every darn day . i just dont log it LOL . Do what makes you happy.

Hi MicahRae , I too have that problem, most of the time with me it's water retention, Doc prescribe some me some water pills,they help, you know what I'm saying

I weigh myself at my parents' house (they live next door). This way I do not have the temptation to weigh more than once a week. If possible, you should put your scale somewhere else, or stash it in a cabinet or something where you don't see it every morning. Weight fluctuates day to day, and even throughout the day, so please don't get discouraged or allow a likely temporary gain to throw you off course. Best of luck, hon.
