I've been letting myself have the last 3 weeks of eating pretty much what I wanted without guilt. I do that so at the begining of the New Year, I can get back on track. If I don't let myself go off the wagon, food wise, I don't get fed up and start fresh. It might sound odd, but I know myself. I am ready for the new year and a healthy start to a better me. Happy New Year!
