I have been changing my eating habits since 6/1/2016 and lost 9 pounds. My friend who lives out of town did this with me. She actually followed a great plan (17 day diet) and lost about 30 pounds. One thing we have done is text our daily weight to each. It has made me more accountable.

I am ready to renew my journey in this program. This time, however, I am going to simply count calories and exercise. Nothing over the top, just good changes. This is my program for the next 90 days.
56.9 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week
