I'm not freaking out - I am sure I'll be lighter tomorrow. However, I have slacked a bit on diet. Went to low carb diet then started eating a few carbs here and there - doesn't work. However, my exercise has been good and I'm lifting weights now, so I have been gaining muscle. Clothes fit better than ever. We'll see what weigh in is tomorrow. Today I am being good.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
