Happy Friday FS!

Woo hoo the weekend is almost here! Yeah! To stay ahead of the Thanksgiving temptations, I am hoping to get in some extra exercise this weekend. ;-)

I still need to get through today's office Thanksgiving festivities. That's all they talked about yesterday, food, food, food. Why oh why do we focus on food so much?!? Then the movie after work where the smell of popcorn could push me over the edge. So I need to focus!!! Be strong! I plan to weigh in again tomorrow so perhaps that will help me stay focused. I did jump on this morning and it was the same ... Good news!

So, is it possible for me to be in the next decade or 150s by the new Year? I think that will be my new focus. Do I even remember when I was in the 150s? No, but I remember when I hit 200 and thought no, what am I doing to myself? That's been awhile ago and before FS but my weight has been a constant struggle and battle for years. I am now at war with my weight and feel determined to win this battle!

Now, to get through today's challenges! Marching forward with determination, drive, and focus!!

You can do anything that you put your mind too. There will be light at the end of the tunnel and it will shine on that magic number of 150! Good luck today with the temptations... which I have the upmost confidence that you will be able to reject and abolish. Hope you have a great and healthy weekend... take care

Breaking Dawn!!! Yeah!! I think I am going to indulge and have some popcorn. I am debating to pop some smart pop and sneak it in so I don't eat the theather popcorn. I haven't decided what else I will bring in yet. Believe it or not I brought in watermelon last time I went. Everyone was shocked when I pulled out the tupperwear. I told them, I don't rag on what you eat don't rag on what I eat =) They just laughed.

Thanks Pam and M! I think I did excellent with eating although it was hard to judge the true calories. Snarly will let me know tomorrow am! ;-) Loved Breaking Dawn! I thought they did a great job. Stayed away from the popcorn...ate a tangerine before I left. Watermelon! Nice snack. Just have to have the right purse and / or bag ... ;-) Hope you had a great one!
