Okay, I guess I was really hungry this morning. I just kept eating. And then there was the diet tea that shocked me with tasting like pure sugar, which is was, since I apparently mis-grabbed and somehow ended up with regular instead of diet. EH, oh well. Having suffered from weather related migraines all week, I am having trouble summoning up the energy to care. I will probably care more next week.

I know the feeling I grabbed a granola bar instead of a protein bar and yuk.

My mom sent me some delicious tea for christmas a few years ago. It was so delicious, I took it along on a ski holiday. I didn't read the label. I drank many cups of it, then started having nausea stomach problems. It turned out to be diet tea. Which my family then nicknamed diarrhea tea, because of the effects it had on me and the smell in the cabin. Sorry about that story. But I think it is OK you took the regular tea.

I always had a Starbucks bottle of coffee in the morning. When I started my diet I checked. That bottle is 33 carbs! Very large portion of my daily allowance. Have to switch to Keurig at 13 carbs. Surprised at the amount of carbs I was getting. Sugar is sneaked into everything
