Hard to keep track of my food when I do homemade things. I made pumpkin bread yesterday, but used applesauce, egg whites and splenda sugar in it instead of what the recipe called for (oil, eggs, white sugar). So it's hard to determine how many calories one "serving" is. No biggy, but I find I won't enter my food if I've had something from scratch. I've been doing this long enough I know what I'm eating and if I've gone over or not, but still...Same with dinner. Had No Yolk egg noodle lasagna for dinner. It had all kinds of things in it, but too much of a pain to enter each individual item.

If you add up all the calories of the ingredients and divide by the number of servings, you'll have the correct number of calories per serving. Just make sure you measure the ingredients.

There used to be a website that I was on many years ago. You had to pay something like $5.00 but you could put in all the ingredients that you used to make something and it would figure out the break down of nutritional value. I was thinking about it the other day because I want to bake some over the holidays and would be so easy to have the program to do the work for me.
