The weight always comes off fast in the beginning. I try not to expect that performance to continue. Snow predicted later today, and it can't come soon enough. I found another tick!
No big plans for the day. Finish the laundry. (Big deal!) Bought a turkey breast yesterday, so that has to go into the oven. I'll nosh on that for a week., with variations.
Good day to research some hikes and come up with some suggestions for this weekend.
Maybe next time I go shopping I'll pick up stuff to make fresh cranberry relish in the food processor : fresh cranberries, an orange, sugar and walnuts. Mega taste, not as sweet as the canned stuff. Much better.
